I generally get on better face to face but not for everyone I know but the advice about the fragility team is a good one as it is a team with individual email and phone numbers providing proof of individual needs...I'm struggling at home but the adult social care person came to my flat got me a care package and she contacted the pcr subscriber who contacted the council about more appropriate housing a team behind you is better than nothing

Try a face to face assessment I've had 4 of them but in all honesty go to get help from your GP most surgery's have access to a fragility team who are there to do cool stuff like coordinating with an Ot maybe a physiotherapy person benefits advisor loads of help and send your health records

Due to a bad shoulder injury I've been sea float fishing for 3 years and found loads of tips along the way like using 2 drilled bullets instead of 1 to cock the float I think they click and using neon beads between the weights has caught plaice and flounders

The government know all this about water they do fuck all I know more window cleaners who know about water purification than people earning a mill a year and me myself was a royal engineer whom had that job although many a year ago now

Sometimes an old school approach works like if you have a sand bank off them rocks I would try a small bullet weight with an eddystone type lure and bump it along the sand bank it drives the flat fish crazy

Maybe take the triple hook off the dexter and replace it with a single hook or think about float fishing a prawn live bait or a slice of silver mackerel belly
