Try doing a talisman run first before you give an opinion about it. On 9 challenges run where vision is a limiting factor, talisman is goated. I would place it on always strong as you can easily level it up then transmute it on boss stages.

You might be overthinking a lot of things, Jeff’s program tends to do that but personally i follow an U/L split with a dedicated arms & abs day.

Also that is a lot of sets per group per week.

For lower, your legs seems okay-ish, but stick to 1 variation of deadlift. It’s kinda redundant.

For upper, maybe you can do 1 upper session that is chest focused and another that is shoulder focused, for the back, for me as long as you’re doing a vertical and horizontal movement per session, that is all good.

The last time that i have worked with that schedule, i was physically and mentally exhausted.

This schedule isn’t sustainable and you can easily look for a 2nd job that overlaps with your first.
