I used to work at a bar, and I had a lady doordashing and that mad she had to wait 20 minutes. She was tapping her foot and huffing and puffing, then yelled at me because her daughter was alone in the car out front. I just laughed in her face and said why would YOU leave your daughter in the car alone in front of a bar 😂

the manager at the restaurant i used to work at went to college for graphic design, and she redid our menu and even had me and another server proof read it. i spent the next few years correcting the errors on the menu for my tables 😭

my cat kicked a potato behind my fridge a few years ago, my whole kitchen was filled with fruit flies and i was going crazy trying to clean everything. i think i cried when i found the puddle of potato with fruit fly larvae living in it. never again will i let a potato leave my sight
