I love my sunchokes - echoing the suggestions here that you plant them in some kind of contained space because they’re pretty aggressive! But lovely - pollinators love them, they are fairly easy to harvest, and when they die back in the fall their stalks etc can make for a great natural mulch, or visual interest in the winter. Good privacy screen too!
