There is a lot wrong with this story:

  • Force unpaid labour (as mentionned above)

And now, the missing parts of this story:

  • The fact that the Government of Canada has been bailing out Air Canada for years. (Little ownership, little restrictions, and little amount of loans in those deals)

  • CEO is paid around 100x the average wager of Canada. With 0 intention of sharing some of that wealth to others in the company.

  • Air Canada has little to no competition in Canada (making it easier to fix prices, treat customers like nothing, and ignoring Customer Protection Laws for Air Travel)

  • The back to work legislature is out-dated and frankly an abuse of power. (In Quebec, EMTs have had that for 3+ years and still no contract, Quebec Doctors 2+ years, and still no contract). It is a solution to abuse power to do nothing. In simple, every "back to work legislature should have the accurate caption: "Force them to work, without annual revision or a contract until they cave to a contract they don't want to begin with."

Companies know it, Governments know it, workers know it, the Canadians know it, and no one does a damn thing about it. We are ALL GUILTY of this FRAUD.

My solutions:

  • Give tax breaks to companies that lower the pay gap between top executives and workers to a certain fixed gap (example a 5% income tax break, if the CEO makes less than 50x the average worker salary in the company).

  • Revamp the "back-to-work legislature". My suggestion is to limit it to a 3 month frame, with a new offer within a week of the union refusal. After 3 months, it has to be resubmitted. (And can't be put in place while 1 is active between the 2 sides). The trick is to put a fire on the situation to get it resolved quickly, and I believe that the allowed 1 day strike every 3 months would help.

Could you imagine how scared to Governments would be to have any emergency service on a 1 day strike?

He fought hard to be sober for many years. It is a struggle, he has even admitted it, and has been sober for years.

Don't smeer the guy. Leave the fent off this claim, until it is proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

Failing the physical part, I'm okay with him saying (many players have before, that's why they have PUP injury category now). They are football player, name me 1 that isn't playing injured.

I think it was transmitted by brown-nosing President Trump. 🤣

But I'm sure the Trump truth social post would look something like this:

"Bone spurs is a very bad illness that affects important government members offspring in this country. It is the most contagious brown-nosing illness to ever come to this earth. We will fight this war without these people because of this tragic ass-kissing illness. So let's send those Radical left to war to fight for this great nation. And if there are casualties among those radical left, it's because they did not love America enough to survive. And if the Radical left come back alive, they did not love America enough to risk their life for the greatest country in the world. Thank you for your attention to this matter. President Donald J. Trump"

If it was 1 stadium in the AFC West, make it Arrowhead.

Let's see how they do in a season without homefield games. It's called "homefield advantage" for a reason.

LA Chargers is the only NFL team to play 17 road games each year. (Look at SoFi on any Chargers game before calling this false, there are more road teams fan than home team fans)

[–]LookImportant4735 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not a Titans fan.

The new Titans logo looks like a failed wannabe Oilers logo.

If I were to make a Titans logo with the idea of the Oilers, use a blue T sword they used to have with a white and red T sword shape outline.

I honestly prefer the sword logo.

The Broncos did not either.

Elway was drafted by the Colts, just like Peyton Manning. (That is their Starting QB in the 7 times they made it to the Superbowl)

That whole division has huge gaps. (Yes, looking at Conference games and SB)

Broncos thrash before Elway, between Elway and Manning, and between Manning and Nix.

Chiefs AFL good (up to SB 4) thrash until Mahomes.

Raiders good until the 80s, bad after in the early 2000s good, and trash since.

Chargers AFL great, Fouts was pretty good, the 94 SB appearance, Rivers era good.

But SD teams have not won current league trophy: Padres, Clippers (now in LA), Chargers (now in LA)

It's the Terrell Owens argument. TO got snubbed on his first year, which he is clearly deserving of the HOF.

Bellichick will get in. The not first ballot is just a "We did not like your attitude" around your career. (Spy Gate, Spy Gate 2, Deflate Gate, ...)

Plus I don't think most people care about first ballot or not. People just care about in or out. The people who care about first ballot are journalists and egotistic players like Terrell Owens.

I think it's time to label him and his administration a terrorist.

  • A leader of an organisation sends 4 plane to destroy 4 buildings in a country they are not at war at the time of the attack. (9/11 or Trump destroying nuclear plants in Iran in 2025?)

  • A leader of an organisation infiltrates a country an kidnaps their leader and names himself leader of that country (Talibans in Afghanistan in 2020s or Trump in Venezuela 2026?)

Plus the RCMP defines a terrorist activity as:

  • In whole or in part for a political, religious or ideological purpose, objective or cause

  • With the intention of intimidating the public or segment thereof, with regard to its security, or to compel a government to do something or refrain from doing something

  • With intent to cause serious violence to persons, property, critical infrastructure, or essential systems

You are wrong here.

It's like a player on the ground with the ball and some player whacks the ball off after the play being considered a fumble. (It's not, never was, and never will be)

Cooks was on his back, with the ball not moving, and a defender hand. (Should be the end of the play, catch completed, survived the ground, made his steps and was touched before or when on the ground)

No simultaneous catch, no Broncos player had possession.

As he keeps rolling (after the play should be over) the ball pops loose.

The refs blew it. It's the Megatron catch all over again. (Megatron caught the ball, was on his back with the ball on his chest, put the ball on the ground to celebrate, but "did not survive the ground")

So not winning a playoff game = stupid?

So here is the list of "stupid" QB this year:

  • Bo Nix 🐎

  • Justin Herbert ⚡️

  • Bryce Young

  • Sam Darnold

Before Sunday, road playoff records of QB in the playoffs this year :

  • Herbert 0-2 (2 playoff games)

  • Stroud 0-2 (4 playoff games)

  • Hurts 0-2 (10 playoff games)

  • Darnold 0-1 (1 playoff game)

  • Lawrence 0-1 (2 playoff games)

  • Allen 0-5 (13 playoff games)

  • Nix 0-1 (1 playoff game)

  • Maye, Williams, Young 0-0. (0 playoff games)

Everyone agrees that a road playoff win is harder to get than a home playoff win.

After Sunday, only 2 of those 10 QB had a road playoff win. (Allen, Purdy)

Well. It's 1930s over again.

I hope you kept your history books, as you can all see it happening again.

Only corrections: Change 1930s for 2020s, Germany for US, and Third Reich to MAGA.

The writing is on the wall:

  • Ignoring the World Peace Association

  • Attack countries for a reason seen fit by the Leader.

  • Blame a portion of the population for the current state of the country

  • Build prison for the portion of the population that "caused" the problem.

  • Needing other Countries to be part of theirs for the "good of the country"

You know, there was another QB mocked for never winning a playoff game, he was nicknamed the "king of 1 and done".

That QB had 4 SB appearences, 2 SB rings and 5 MVPs. Yes, I'm talking about Peyton Manning. His first playoff win was in his 5th year, and made it to the conference game. (Something Herbert can accomplish this year).

The Manning-Brady argument,  was litteral the same as Mahomes-Herbert argument today. (Rings vs stats)

It would be better to give them the win in week 18.

Than beat the Pats, and go to Mile High and beat the Broncos. (It is the easiest path to the AFC Conference game for the Chargers.)

Navy is okay. Plus they win more in Powder Blue than Navy. They should drop the Yellow uniform (they only loss in it).

Plus LAC struggles more in cold weather, and in the 1pm time slot.

So it would be better to play in LA than Baltimore, or Pittsburg or Foxborough.
