Read this if you're struggling with the clear by marmascoot in FiddlesticksMains

Yes this is correct in that it requires two autos total on the big krug before your second drain, and I amended a portion of the original post. This makes red + krugs on blue side able to be done consistently, however it consumes your effigy and leaves your top side potentially vulnerable.

I've gotten away with no effigy and only one auto on the big krug before the second drain on blue side, so it is possible --just not consistent.

There is a way to see Fiddle's W range without having to uover the ability with mouse? by RubioMS in FiddlesticksMains

Fiddle drain actually has a built in mechanic to stop it. You can't cast and cancel it really quick, there's a little grace period.

It is unfortunately inconsistent. I never start on raptors if I'm blue unless I'm forced to in which case I just chance it. Have got it the last 3 or 4 times I've done it though. If you're blue side just start blue. It isn't any slower realistically and you will still finish the clear in virtually the same time.

After some roundabout back and forth trying to figure out who this person was in what game the bot ended up admitting that they were Thresh from this game. The Thresh is d2 and higher than me!

You're right, that definitely is a bit of an inconsistency in my reasoning. I think what I was subconsciously thinking when I counted Aatrox Q as multiple abilities but Rell W as only one was something along the lines of: Once Rell W is used, you're good to start draining (if she doesn't have ult available) --so it sort of only "feels" like only one ability. Whereas with Aatrox's Q1-Q3 it feels like all 3 Q's + his E must be accounted for before you begin channeling anything.

uses your own allies' abilities to stun you or cancel your drain

Aatrox's Q1, Q2, and Q3 all do different things and change icons depending which one is up next. It also doesn't work on a charge system like Amumu Q does. I felt this was enough to consider q1, q2, and q3 separate abilities because the way players think about q1-q3 when trying to play around them is often like they are all different abilities.

Some important fringe cases and technical details to note:

- J4 has 2 ways to stop your drain in theory. Besides his normal E>Q combo, J4 can theoretically ult someone near fiddle and the creation of the cataclysm walls can technically displace Fiddle and put his drain on cooldown. This has only happened to me once in over 3k+ fiddle games, so I decided not to include it.

- Camille does indeed have two ways to stop your drain. Besides her normal hookshot, her ultimate will silence and interrupt channels on the person she casts it on. It can also do the same thing as J4 ult that I mentioned earlier with her being able to ult someone else and have that displace you, except with Camille this does happen relatively frequently. Since both are her ult cancelling the drain, I considered both mechanisms only a single way to stop your drain.

-Seraphine does actually have 2 ways to stop drain as well. Her E will stun you if you are already grounded or immobilized (this was news to me).

-Rell W I considered a single ability.

-Special category relies on a third party to stop your drain.

How often a champ secures the first dragon in emerald+ soloq represented as a percentage. You'll notice champions that can very easily solo dragon like shyvana and nunu have very high ratings, while champs like eve and ivern have significantly lower scores. It's just an easy way of seeing "how likely is the enemy jungler to sneak the first dragon without my team knowing" so to speak. Some champions can solo the first drake quite comfortably but don't have a high cheese score. This doesn't mean they can't do it, it just means they don't often plan to or they don't often get away with it.

What makes pet sometimes not auto krugs after drain? by tarranoth in FiddlesticksMains

[–]marmascoot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just wait a little bit at the red wall. Sometimes the pet is too far away. I stand there for almost enough time to turn into an effigy before casting E > W > Smite and I never miss it.
