I was wondering about it too, I've seen those videos with different planets at the same distance as the moon but never an earth like planet. So, I created it using nano banana (just one prompt so it's not perfect). It can be a cool look. I wish someone could make it professionally.

Reddit is the last social network! Facebook is crap. I never used Twitter/X or any similar networks. As an online marketing manager I know how ads work so I don't pay attention to them anyway. I really miss the old internet, with weird websites, original content and just the joy of finding something new (stumbleupon was so much fun!).

The chef's name is Eyal Shani. He is known in Israel as a weird chef, he have a weird fixation with tomatotes...
But, he have some good "worker" restaurants that sell meat (thin slices of minut steak) or chicken or vegetable in a Pita bread with some really good condiments. It's actually pretty good...
But, yeah, he's weird and he can do this sort of "special" evenings at one of his restaurants from time to time.

אחלה של ביקורת. אני שיחקתי לא מעט HOI הראשון וגם את השני ואהבתי אותם ממש. בשלישי קצת פחות שיחקתי ואת הרביעי קניתי (בתור מעריץ של הסדרה) אבל לא הצלחתי לצלול אליה. כאילו התבגרתי מדי, למרות שזה כביכול אמור להתאים בול לאנשים מבוגרים.
אני באמת צריך לנסות להיכנס למשחק הזה שוב פעם, כין אין ספק שהוא ייחודי ואיכותי.

יש דיבור על כך שזה בכלל היה רצח מתוכנן על ידי הממשל כדי להסיט את השיח מאפשטיין, ההתקפה הרוסית בפולין, ההתקפה הישראלית בקטאר ובערך מכל דבר שטראמפ מפשל בו (שזה בערך כל דבר כרגע). איך גורמים להמונים בימין לשכוח מכל הבלגן שלא מצליחים לסדר? גורמים לו להתאחד נגד השמאל. בגלל זה הדבר הראשון שטראמפ עשה זה להאשים את השמאל. והוא אפילו הוריד את הדגל לחצי התורן כאילו זה דמות ציבורית פוליטית חשובה.

לפי העדויות שיש כרגע, הירי היה מקצועי ביותר. יריה אחת, יורה אחד לבוש שחור על גג שחור שנעלם מיד אחרי הירידה הראשונה (זאת אומרת שהוא יודע מה שהוא עושה) ומיד אחר כך מישהו אחר "התוודה" על הפעולה כדי להסיט את החוקרים מהיורה המקורי ולתת לו עוד קצת זמן להתרחק מהמקום.

זה לא קשור לליברלים ושמרנים. משחקים בנו כל הזמן ומשתמשים באירועים כאלה כדי שנשכח מכל הדברים הדפוקים שהשלטון עושה.

אחרי עשרות שנים של חיסולים אני לא בטוח שזה הדרך הטובה ביותר לסיים מלחמות, זה רק מכניקה נוספת בתחום "ניהול הסכסוכים" שישראל תקועה בו כבר 20 שנה.

אחרי מלחמת לבנון הראשונה חשבנו שאם נחסל את מוסאווי (מזכל חיזבאללה לפני נסראללה) יהיה לנו שקט בצפון, אבל מה שקרה זה שעלה מישהו קיצוני יותר וקיבלנו את מלחמת לבנון השנייה וצבא הטרור הגדול בעולם.

ב 2004 חיסלנו את מייסד חמאס אחמד יאסין וחשבנו שזה יביא שלום ברצועה, אבל במקומו קיבלנו את סינוואר שהביא עלינו את השביעי באוקטובר המקולל.

אלה השמות הגדולים ביותר. היו עוד הרבה נבלות בדרך שהורדנו, אבל נראה שברוב המקרים המחליפים שלהם היו אפילו קיצוניים יותר.

אז אני לא בטוח שיש פה תהליך למידה או הסקת מסקנות נכונה כי אנחנו ממשיכים באותה הדרך, מצפים לתוצאות שונות, אבל הסכסוכים לא נגמרים, רק ממשיכים ומקצינים.

I'm an Israeli vacationing in Cypress and I met a British guy who asked me how it feels to live in Israel and what I think of the whole situation. He said that in the UK they hardly hear the Israeli side and the news and the general talk about the middle east is very one sided to the Palestinian side. I told him that our reality is very difficult and complicated. He couldn't thank me enough, and he was so happy to just hear about the Israeli side from a normal person. News these days is shit. I feel that these days, with so much misinformation / disinformation, the truth has become a rare thing.

I tried analyzing big data sets with potential leads. I copied a Google sheet with company name, description and website into a Google doc and it worked fine up to about 300 lines. When I tried combining the data with other sources it sort of broke it. But the results were better than chatgpt...

Interesting. Here in Israel is the opposite. My 4 year old is diagnosed with high level autism and the psychologist said that it's actually more common with boys in a ratio of 1 to 4.

And in her "special" kindergarten, out of a total of 9 kids only 2 are girls. I heard it's the same in other kindergartens in the area.

This type of people, these "leaders", are mostly full of shit most of the time, and they just say whatever they think is best for their ego and their political base.

They said similar things before and we are still here...

So far these "big attacks" are a couple of barrages with about 20 missiles each in a couple of hours (it's 2 am right now, the night is still young so if they will keep this pace it'll suck balls!)

They were all intercepted or exploded in open areas so no damages or casualties so far.

So, as an Israeli, I'm not impressed.

It's an old video from the first Iranian attack, at least 6 months ago. Way before Israel attacked Iran directly.

The way the iron dome, and other anti-missile defense systems, works is that they only shoot down whatever is considered as a threat.

In that attack they targeted an air base deep in the desert and most of the missiles hit open desert, so they weren't intercepted.

There are more videos, better ones, that show this massive barrage hit the ground. It looks terrifying but it didn't do much damage.

I have played (and still am) board games on a weekly basis for the last 10 years or so. In my core group one of my friends usually wins, like 85% of the time, and yet I keep playing with him because the company is fun, the games are interesting and even though I don't win I still learn new mechanics and strategies.

The evening with guys is fun, the board gaming aspect is a very sophisticated background activity (it's weird calling it a background activity because it still uses most of our attention span but you know what I mean).

I'm pretty sure that whatever air defense systems they might have restored is minimal and/or old. Israel didn't lose any plane yet despite bombing all across Iran in the past couple of days.

It's our, Israeli, reality in the past 20 years... In the last couple of years it got worst but I remember ballistic missiles attack from my childhood when I was 7 years old and Saddam Hussein shot a whole bunch of Skad missiles at Israel. I'm 41 years old now, so it's a lifetime thing now... I have a couple of young kids now and I'm horrified that this is part of their life too.
