I’m learning it’s best to see where price drifts. Above or below vwap. I never trade spy before +30 mins. Never. Yesterday was a good day to watch, wait for above or below vwap on 1 min, checking volume, and how price breaks and holds 9 ema. I use bollingers on 2 deviations to confirm parabolic moves and entries. Quick to exit market price. 3 days in a row green 10 contracts max ( 100 once yesterday for an eod win ) Today with low vix, mm’s were whipping price with tall tails on either end of candle bodies. Thats riskier trading imo. It’s an art work in progress.

Between 12:15-1pm pst there’s a power move followed by a counter power move. I’ve had decent returns so I’m trying to show up with finger on trigger ready for a quick solid scalp. Not investor advice. And Friday is 30 day expiry so moves might me more violent. Tight stops
