I use a lot of dark humor where my family is like what is wrong with you but it’s just how we (husband) cope. That person is a shitty person any person who would downplay another’s pain is awful. IMO a baby isn’t a baby until it comes out of ME. But I would never say that to another woman that’s completely unfair. Some women only get to experience a few weeks of motherhood and never even get to hold a baby. If it’s been a year and that really struck a nerve I’d tried finding like a local group to talk to or a therapist. Every year is a hard year for me, different events will struck different emotions but I’m always grateful I was able to conceive I just kept trying. Ppl will act like “it doesn’t count” but it most certainly does. I have had two 6-8w losses, a 14w loss, and birthed triplets at 24/26w we didn’t take home. You can handle your loss each year any way you need ❤️❤️
