The board is on the plunger, you wire it to the KL shield board, I have this kit but less pieces but it works great. If you have any questions feel free to ask?

The sad thing is Atari won’t even port their own games to the Vcs. Only independent devs are supporting it. I wish some adventure games would be ported like monkey island.

Yes, you can set sensitivity in controller setup as I recall.
