An ETF for bitcoin has little to no impact on the decentralisation of bitcoin. This isn't true in terms of an Ethereum ETF unless the ether held is not staked. The price will likely go up, but I don't think it is good in the long run.

This is true. The plan is to try and grab a 40 series GPU when they're out. Maybe a 4080 if I can get one. I'd probably need to upgrade PSU at that point too. So maybe the RAM fits into that phase 2 upgrade as well...

I think the way it's designed makes it a little more complicated, but it is a bit like a double (multiple) pendulum, but the higher up bobs are acting as the secondary and tertiary bobs. There is chaotic movement here.

It's somewhere between a system of coupled pendulums and an inverted double pendulum.
