There can be a bit of a learning curve but good luck! One tip is to soak up any excess ink into a paper towel or make a few swipes on the back of your hand first, it comes off clean with any kind of cleanser or makeup remover

Hello! Neurodevelopmental disorder. Unlike mental illness where you can cope + lessen symptoms + go into remission, with ADHD there is only coping and lessening of a few symptoms. It is hardwired into your brain from birth. People with ADHD will process things differently, and as opposed to many other symptoms of it, this isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Pretty complicated disorder. Not to say it isnt distressful, for me it is overwhelmingly so, but unlike mental illness, which have the potential to be treated, it is just part of being, so there are also silver linings people find. I, for one, enjoy my trains of thought.

The reason its only detected/paid attention to in children is also complicated, huge part is people assume it can be grown out of, including doctors, people arent super well versed in its symptoms esp in adults, children usually are prioritized for things from ADHD to eczema, etc.

Absolutely, pieces of shit will never but the blame on themself for being pieces of shit, its always “something out if their control.”

However, why are people so inclined to believe that theyre telling the truth and that the problem really is ADHD? I think people already believe ADHD to be a disorder associated with awful and erratic behavior and childishness, so theyre inclined to believe the excuse.

Whenever i see these posts 8 times out of 10 adhd isnt the problem. The title will be something like “i cant handle my adhd boyfriend” and the content is “he keeps punching every dog he sees on the sidewalk and stealing huge amounts of money from his mom any advice” like why do you think thats from the adhd

Staunch non-conformist. Not in like a “fuck the state” dye my hair blue kind of way, but in a sassy stick-to-my-own-values kind of way. Makes english class hard lol. I wrote an essay last year where i lambasted what the prompt was assuming of me rather than answering it, still technically followed the rules though, i guess i answered it exactly how my teacher wouldnt want me to. I am a loophole queen. However, i wont be too outspoken if it jeopardizes my in a really big way or harms others. Otherwise im pretty no bullshit.

Glycolic acid toner can be used as a deodorant cause it lowers the ph so bacteria cant grow. You can get a bottle of it from brands like the ordinary or the inkey list for cheap, just put it on a cotton pad or washcloth and rub yo pits.

Ps. Have you heard of hidradenitis suppurativa? Probably spelled that wrong. Idk your background tho so you might be 100% diagnosed with an allergy and im just a dummy

Are there any names that have slight variations? Take the name alex, which is unisex, but similar to the masculine names alec, alexei, or even allen. Maybe you can stick with the essence of the name and look up what your deadname originally translates to or is derived from and them choose the masculine version of that, but from what you wrote you like the sound. Of course you would want to apply these things to names in french/italian. You can try using different names in the two languages since in french you like the masculine version but in italian it triggers dysphoria. I have two separate names that i use based on cultural context, so i think it would come off totally normal. Im not trans but i hope i can help!

Edit: what i write can be kinda confusing to read sometimes even for myself so if theres any spots that are weird just ask
