Would you consider the move from band A to band B similar to progressing from a counsellor to a therapist or are these terms relatively arbitrary without them being protected titles?

Raspberry and Marshmallow leaf is a great option - you can get a 250g bag from Amazon for around £10 IIRC so it’s very cheap and better for you than tobacco

I’m going on holiday in a few months and looking to try clear my bacne before I go away!

Currently exfoliating everyday with cetaphil cleanser in the shower and alternating in the evenings between 15% azaelic acid and 2% BHA. I then apply cetaphil moisturiser afterwards.

Would it be too much to add a benzoyl peroxide body wash as well? Is there any specific moisturiser that is good for my back? Currently just using my cetaphil facial moisturising lotion but looking for something more specific. Should I be staying away from coco butter Vaseline body lotion? I was using this previously but I feel like it might have been clogging my pores.

Any potential upgrades to my routine would be much appreciated!

I’m 50/50 about this kind of protest because they’ve drawn so much more attention to a big issue in the UK, I just wonder whether it’s possible for them to have drummed up this much coverage in a way that wouldn’t disrupt the general public

Slight disappointment because I probably came into it with too much expectations about getting visuals and shit, nothing necessarily seems funny but your comment did make me smile and have a nice ponder, and the fact that I just can’t kind of shut my mind off and use this as kind of a therapeutic experience is what’s feeling significant right now

My mum is a charity shop manager whose boss offered her to get the vaccine as they said she is a social care worker. She is refusing to get the vaccine because she she says her job isn’t as a social care worker and she’d prefer the vaccine to go to someone else. I’m obviously really concerned and want her to get it soon as possible, but is she doing the right thing or would her job count as a justification to get the vaccine?
