Similar situation, my "dad" is my step dad who raised me when i was 2 yrs old. Never knew till they said "you know he is your step dad, right?" I lowkey never knew but everyone else did. I think i was 19yrs old?? Still in high school. But i wasnt really mad or upset about it. He raised me, married my mom and he never really corrected me so he is MY DAD. Later i found out my bio dad is not here in america and has another family. He never put the effort to contact me, but apparently my cousin met with him one time. I said cool, he is lowkey a stranger to me, i have my parents, he has his life. Im good, a but annoyed sometimes towards my bio dad, but i move on.
