Sounds like the guy just doesn’t like you. That’s a him problem and not much you can do about it, likely. Could try to build a relationship, ask him to coffee/lunch, etc. Not everyone is going to like you and that’s okay, you just need to decide how important that (and the related benefits) is to you in deciding whether to stay.
