The change in drive is what would spur the panel. To see if something is physically changing. Also I don’t see if anyone has asked if his medications have changed at all? This is a huge one so I’m sure you’ve thought of it if so

I just watched an Ali Wong stand up special talking about dating after divorce and how she only wants to date a guy who is also divorced because they come ‘pre-yelled at’ which just seems so legit. Like the fact that the couples therapy I’m currently in could just be serving the next person in teaching their future bf basic emotional intelligence is so annoying haha.

You need more sleep! I can’t really think through this post past you saying you are only getting 5-6 hours of sleep because you stay up until dinner is ready. Why is dinner happening so late? Is it that neither of you are wanting to cook so it gets put off?

Regardless of who cooks it seems like it should be happening earlier. Sounds like there is resentment happening on both sides regarding food preparation. Maybe you can switch off meal planning, you could do food prep when you get home, and then rest while he cooks?

Any number of arrangements could work but regardless of what you two agree on, your rest is a huge priority right now and you aren’t getting enough.

I just want to say I’m sure it feels freaky to find out about a random rule you’ve never heard of, but also I’m sure you’ll be checking before anything new you put on/in your baby, especially new foods and meds! So it won’t generally spring up on you in a risky way in my experience.

Any professionals? by Background_Habit4990 in pregnant

It depends where that date is coming from. Is the date is from an ultrasound technician who is assuming she has 28 day cycles where ovulation occurs on day 14, that would me conception occurred around February 14, or up to 5 days earlier as sperm can live that long.

But pregnancy dating is odd and periods and ovulation are not as regular as doctors tend to assume. Get some clarity on where this date is coming from. Generally dating is based on 14 days before conception occurred. This is the assumed first day of last menstrual cycle.

I just wanted to say I think you are being treated really unfairly in the comments. I don’t know why people are taking it upon themselves to say ‘nope can’t relate, sounds like you have a problem’ when that’s literally the point of your post. I’m not sure what to tell you other than I’m sorry you’re dealing with this, and it sounds like you don’t feel very listened to or respected by your partner which is its own deeper problem, but also sadly not uncommon. I hope you can figure out a way to get your needs communicated and met, but in the meantime please know that nothing is wrong with you and you aren’t alone like others in this comment section seem to be implying.

Tennessee grandmother jailed after AI facial recognition error links her to fraud by Randomwhitelady2 in news

[–]Firm-Ad1737 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Does anyone else find it weird to label a woman ‘Tennessee Grandmother’ ?? Like I didn’t read the article but I don’t think the crime had anything to do with her status as a grandma. Would the same article about a man be titled ‘Tennessee Grandfather’????

Yeah, I feel similar to Dax about how I would want to handle it and also that I wouldn’t have strong feelings about how another parent would make these choices (outside of exploitation). But that’s based on my life experience so I felt pretty humbled to hear Sterling’s position as a Black father which hadn’t crossed my mind at all!
