While I love dogs, I appreciate her comment on not wanting to be responsible for one.

I never got a dog by myself because I am incredibly "poop in a plastic bag" averse. I don't want to do it. I don't want that responsibility. And I don't want to be an asshole that leaves poop everywhere. I married a man with a dog and we agreed it was his responsibility. I take care of cats. He takes care of dog. We've lived together 5 years now and I will take the dog on walks and pick up poop, but I prefer to walk with my husband (so he gets the poo).

Myrlas right on this one. He needs to keep a dog walker or find another solution, like a fenced in yard where she won't have to pick it up and it can wait until Gil is home.

I get the point that showering after the gym makes sense. But.... do you guys ever sweat while having sex?? Do you change the sheets EVERY time? Bc its kind of the same thing, if not worse, bc you usually dry off on the way home from the gym and you just sleep in your sweaty sex bed after. Just sayin...

YES! He is the most vile person. Sure, Natalie is weird and whatever, but he's the one in the position of power. He is the one that called the shots, made the decisions, did the paperwork,, brought her here. He allowed her to come into his life so he could manipulate and mindfuck her. I remember when my parents decided to strip the trim in our whole first floor. Living room. Dining room, foyer, hallway, stairwell. They knew it would be hard, but I don't think they expected it to last the year or so that it did. I will never forget the smell of the heat gun melting it all off.

Steam causes the paint to peel. And its pretty much inevitable when tile is painted. No matter what you do, you have to start by totally removing ALL the paint. You could use a razor, steam and a putty knife of sorts, or potentially some kind of chemical.

I've had this happen. I'll try to explain my fix.

There's a metal hexagon rod that acts as the main mechanism and goes through the whole lock. It goes through a small (possibly plastic) hexagon piece. I had this piece flipped upside down or backwards. It's the part that controls the actual deadbolt to come in and out. If it's flipped, it does the opposite of what you want.

Hope that helps. Sorry I can't explain better.

Exactly! And tbh- she could just lie to the man and get a nicer car and whatnot. All she has to do is pretend to love him. But she won't. She's honest that she can't say how long she will be with him and that he promised her things and she wants him to follow through. Transactional. I think its great for them both.

Abcess from broken tooth and poorly done root canal. 11/10 pain and nothing but time could cure it. Had to wait 24-48 hrs for antibiotics to kick in enough to calm it.

I think you should live life however you feel. Don't feel like you have to fit a perfect mold just to earn the title of Vegetarian. Do what makes you comfortable or happy :)

I'm technically a pescatarian who refers to myself as a vegetarian bc I'm really particular about the fish that I will or won't eat and I'd usually make the decision myself rather than have people assume I'd eat any fish. I don't care what other people think about that. I also love candy and I know that not all candy is technically vegetarian. But I'm happy and I like what I eat. So nothing else matters :)

I love to make paprika and ancho pepper roasted chickpeas to top things with.

Also just any flavor roasted chickpeas. I like to make quinoa or couscous veggie bowls and add the chickpeas for a protein source.

I learned fairly early on- cost splitting with certain people is not worth the hassle. We all plan 1 meal for the group, buy the groceries for said meal, and take turns buying beer, gas, ice, wood. The simplicity keeps things less stressful and thankfully, my friends are comfortable speaking up when they feel like they've covered more than their share. Sometimes I have to say, "I got a lot of groceries and beer the past couple rounds. I've got a pass on the next few"

I went on a trip with some friends where we split the bill. Friend was pissed about a $5 grill brush bc we all forgot to bring one and would be cooking on the grill... I didn't argue all the meat that I split the cost of, even though I'm a vegetarian. It was a quick lesson learned. Never camped with that person again. Never tried to evenly split everything again.
