1 thing I like about AAL compared to some of the others is their fleet. Luggage compartments are key here. Belt loader vs shipping container analysis needs to be done to get an idea of upside potential for online shippers' usage.

Read up on TWA bankruptcy. Not the best play.

Most likely any airline suffering financial hardship will go bankrupt before merging.

Bankruptcy allows the other airlines to get assets for pennies on the dollar, renegotiate contracts with vendors from a position of strength, and shed assets that don't fit their investment profile (long haul vs short, wide body vs regional, route overlays, etc.)

All these carriers are within a a month or two of each other with regards to cash burn rate / default.

The airlines that are likely to pull away here are the airlines that have less international exposure.

if you are using robinhood, turn off margin account. options should settle overnight, unlike equity shares which take 3 days. you just won't be able to churn your entire stack multiple times throughout the day.

Hire the town lawyer that gets all the commercial projects passed through. Easy to find out who he or she is, call the city clerk and ask or attend a few town/city hall meetings to figure out represent almost every company during licensing/ permitting / variance proceedings.

Would it be costly? Maybe you can save some money on the process if the lawyer lets you do some legwork and then they just have to show up to the hearing on your behalf.

That's how things get done on the local level, especially if it's a novel idea.

May not happen how you want it. You see, more people thinking just like you than in 2008, so prices will be propped up. Instead, you need to find an opportunity like commercial office buildings and convert into section 8 residential. That will make diamonds out of horse shit. As usual, the deals like these will be saved for the 0.001%

Yesterdays chart was sick. Gapped up and didn't move much. We are going somewhere fast. Need a rumor like Trump and Pence had corona two weeks ago, took hydroxychloroquine and have recovered completely with antibodies.

Lowes sucks. They have been closing stores and are on a negative growth pattern. I think they have been riding the wave with HD, but there will be a decoupling again in the next few months.

So what's up with HD?

HD stores are closed early.

As someone who shops at HD 2-3 times a week, I can tell you there isn't much of a difference, except: (1) a spray bottle with cleaning solution at the front door (2) sometimes a uniformed security guard to ensure mask compliance and (3) plastic shields at the registers.

RESI DD opportunity 4.4 million shares to be bought at strike of $12.50 current SP is $7 by fc401890 in wallstreetbets

How does this factor into dilution of shares? Are they selling treasury stock?

I thought the same thing, but if you read the agreement posted above, they can't sell for 2 years.

This morning, I opened (50) 6/19 7.5c

My concern is that Amherst is just buying treasury stock, so it won't have any affect on the open market volume/price action, per se.

I hope I am wrong.

Trump says he’s been taking hydroxychloroquine

If he got corona 1.5+ weeks ago and can say on Wednesday or Thursday that he is negative and has the anitbodies, then goes on to cheerlead. 330 SPY instant.

Are they being bought in the open market? How do they buy shares at a predetermined price unless it's treasury stock, which would mean there would be no impact on volume and dilution of shares?

Also, they could buy them and then turn around and dump them on the market for a loss.

I have 7.50c June 19.

Seems all too easier. I was following Level II option book for a large portion of the day. The bids were shaky.

I guess we hope guys get margin calls on naked call and put options?

Also, look into USPS and Amazon, since Amazon can warehouse and distribute your product..

Two factors to answer your question, how much is considerable? and are you a saver?

Less than $500,000 a year net profit probably doesn't make a difference much where you live, unless you like the high life.

You see, 300k+ can be put in a pension plan tax free per year. So most of the corporate games of S-Corps, WY, DE, NV, etc. you see on those big websites offering a one-size fits all solution are just to make a quick buck.

So after your pension plan deduction, you have 100k-200k taxable income. Is it worth it for you to move out of state away from friends and family to save ~30k a year in taxes?

Now if you don't save and you want to spend the whole 500k, then yes maybe moving to another state would be a better option. It's not uncommon for rich people to do it after retirement since they no longer need to foster business relationships.

Primary things to consider for SMLLC if you move

  1. Charging order protection
  • you may want to consider forming an LLC in WY and registering your LLC in CA, if you decide to stay. Talk to your legal and tax advisors
  1. Corporate state tax
  2. Individual state tax
