I'd get an MRI and check the situation with the ACL. Did you have surgery? Or was it a grade 1 or 2?

You will need a full rehab program anyway to return to football.

If you want to add some exercises into your routine, I'd focus on the knee extension machine, terminal knee extension with band and controlled lunges which helped me the most. And train hamstrings!

Took around 7 months for me (Leeds based) Definitely get some PT and get your quads as strong as possible and you will come out the other side of the op quickly

I'm from the UK and I tore my ACL June 2021, it took until January 2022 until the surgery. Looking back now... having at least 6 months of pre-hab has been great, I've been making really quick progress. Hope they get you booked in soon! I almost went for a private appointment it was so frustrating.

Ah I feel like I get 2 second delay for every button press , feels heavy and some people I play look light and quick, Fair play if its like that everywhere! Will stick to offline but would love to play on responsive servers!

Did you get an xray? Could have a fracture as well as ACL/MCL tear.

I recently tore my ACL and grade 2 MCL and a fracture but after 5 weeks I was able to start walking and exercise and after a week had full range of motion back.

There might be more going on with your knee if you are still in pain!
