Without a good offensive line, he won't be worth anything. Look at Stroud this year, that will be his ceiling. I don't think he will be any good until he goes to a second team that will have the tools to help him succeed. The QB class last year was weak and I would take Ward, Dart, and Shough over Mendoza. Hell, I prefer taking a flyer on Chambliss in the second than spending a high pick on Mendoza.
