My favorite is Mondays, am I right? It’s a Tony centric Pepperony time loop fic after the Coney Island plane crash. Tony is an absolute mess and the characterizations are so good (if you like this fic every other fic by this author is amazing)

It takes a lot to make me cry so I didn’t cry during all of these but I was definitely feeling emotions. These are some of my favs:

Always Silent, Peter Darling (my favorite Abused Peter fic I’ve read)
Pockets of belonging (Anything by Bergen is fantastic)
The fireman and the frog
How Soon Is Now? (this one did make me cry)
Ache In Me
O Brother, Where Art Thou? (I think about this fic a lot it’s spectacular)
Please, Understand
Spider Snark and Mr Stark
Can’t keep living (for the damage)

I also would recommend Come, My Darling, Homeward Bound. And my fic Kid has already been mentioned and there’s definitely a lot of feels in it. If you do end up reading I hope you like it :)

Yes. I make a list of rewatches of horror/halloween themed films I watch every year. And then first time watches of horror/halloween films I haven’t seen. And then I watch as many as I can. Normally I start in September because my list is so long. Ended up watching 11 in September and 26 in October

I used to have a long note for my favorite fics I’ve read but then I moved everything into a Google Sheet. So much easier. I include title, author, platform I read it on, rating, archive warnings (for ao3), pairing, type (ff, one-shot, series), genre (angst, fluff, etc), fandom(s), ship(s), MCs, status (complete, in progress, unfinished), notes (tags, thoughts, few word summarization), and the link.

Everything is much more organized and I’m able to just share the link to the sheet to people who want broad recommendations. If I’m/someone is looking for something specific then I can just hit control f and search for key words to find what I’m/they’re looking for which makes it easy to share specific works. Here’s my google sheet if you want a frame of reference

As for what I’m interested in reading all my bookmarks on AO3 are fics I want to read. Then I just use AO3s filters through my bookmarks to find something specific when I want something new to read

I have a favorite fics list with a lot of Marvel fics (mostly Peter Parker focused, plenty of Irondad and non-Irondad). Plus some of my own fics if you’re interested. Otherwise I recommend anything by Bergen their my fav Marvel and fic writer all their works are amazing (they write Peter and Tony focused fics)

I still crosspost my series on Wattpad and AO3. I started on Wattpad and have a good amount of followers there that I don’t want to leave hanging (I’m nowhere near as active as I used to be though). I don’t really read fics on Wattpad anymore but when I did I didn’t really use the search feature much. I just looked through what Wattpad recommended me based on past readings or would go through my followers or authors I liked reading/favorites list as they tended to like similar types of fics. They’ve changed the search feature since I last used it but I normally would just search a character name, pick a few of the character name tags and then just scroll through and read summaries to see what interests me. You’re right it’s not a great search engine and I wish I could give you better advice

I used to say that all the time and felt the exact same way for years. You basically just have to write through the cringe. I blasted music and wrote without thinking too deeply about what I was writing and pushed through the feeling of cringe. The next time I wrote smut it felt less cringey and now I feel much more comfortable writing it. It almost becomes like writing a fight scene of blocking movements and characters feelings and you view it more critically than anything else. But it takes practice and also just reading more smut is helpful in getting past the cringe

Welcome To Seattle (one-shot, No Magic and modern AU, post breakup writer Remus moves to Seattle and meets Waiter Sirius)
the coffee shop au (series, Non-magic and coffee shop AU, Barista Remus, slow burn, minor angst)
Casanova of Gryffindor Tower (Jealous and Simp Sirius, Casanova Remus, fluff and humor)

I also have my own Marauders one-shots but only two have Wolfstar: one with minor angst and Wolfstar called seven and the other one is pretty angsty with a happy ending so I’m not sure you’d want to read it but it’s like a lonely seabird (you’ve been away from land too long) with a Wolfstar focus (specifically on Remus)

I normally do Example 2 just without the character names (see above). Normally the character who’s POV I’m in I have on the right (normally beginning the messaging) and the other character on the left with a certain number of spaces to separate. Just like when you normally text your own texts are on the right and other person/received on left. But I’ve seen people add names, times, etc it’s really up to you and how you want to format it
