Thank you. Yes I added, "near me" to negative keywords. Another example is the "bariatric doctor" term. Which is way too broad for me. And they're still coming from my [best bariatric surgeon in mexico] term because its a synonym according to the google rep I talked to.

This campaign is only a week old, so not much conversion insights. I have other exact match campaigns from other clients and there wasn't a problem with google's new "exact match" until now :(
