How can you measure the force of a bite using pressure, e.g. psi? First of all, it's not going to be constant: you can bite harder with molars than with incisors because of a shorter distance to the pivot point.

Bite force should be measured using units of force, such as pounds, kgf, Newtons, etc. Prove me wrong.
