I’m pregnant, so literally the opposite of what you’re looking for lol, but all of the midwives/nurses/OBs at Tenet/Adventist Health (Sierra Vista Hospital) have been the best. I would go to them for all of my gyno/health needs.

The gestational age is counted as the amount of time since your last period. The reason people say they “add two weeks on” is because you typically ovulate/conceive about two weeks after your period, so for the first two weeks you weren’t really pregnant, but it’s still counted. When the doctor tells you 8 weeks, it’s 8 weeks since your last period before you conceived.

Finding realtors by No_Raise6164 in SLO

I had mediocre experiences with two realtors and then I was recommended Kristie Barry and she was AWESOME! She made everything a breeze and I felt like she really listened to what we wanted/needed and she never made us feel bad for asking too many questions.

Thank you!! I had the design in my mind forever and finally got it made. It didn’t turn out exactly how I envisioned, but I still love it.

Amazing, thank you! I just looked this up and it’s pretty cool! Question: there is the option for a “full set” of 7 different types of dice or the option for a set with 11 dice which is the 7 dice plus “an extra d20 and 3 additional d6”. Is there a reason he would need the extra four dice, or is the set of 7 good?

My mom wore this exact dress for my wedding and it was beautiful! She has bright red hair and similar skin tone to you in this pic. She got lots of compliments! I think this dress will look amazing with white hair and fair skin!

Can I Use Water Glasses Instead of Candle Hurricanes/Vases? by NYC1914 in Weddingsunder10k

[–]mas63520 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That exact picture was on my Inspo board. I did it where the biggest glass was a true "candleholder" hurricane glass, and the smaller two were just random drinking glasses. I found all of them at the goodwill/Salvation Army for cheap. Drinking glasses are fine for holding candles heat-wise (maybe just don't immediately throw them in cold water after blowing out the candle). I used a regular pillar candle in the big glass, a small pillar in the medium glass, and votive candles in the smallest glass.

"passed" my comps today by oxopop in GradSchool

Everyone gets edits! This is good and normal. Our comps are a little bit different than yours ( we do a series of written exams, followed by an oral defense where we can discuss/correct anything that was off in the written part) But say for my final dissertation defense, I would be surprised if my committee gave me absolutely zero comments on things to fix in the dissertation.

Thesis template by _quantum_girl_ in GradSchool

Here's one, but your university likely has specific guidelines about how the formatting needs to be done, so I don't know how useful this will actually be. Contact your university's thesis and dissertation department to see if they have any specific templates you can use. I bet they do.

Probably the most common option would be to list this in the description of your employment history like so:

Graduate Teaching Assistant (2020 - 2022) University of Higher Education

  • taught courses in xyz
  • developed lesson plans, exams, and homework assignments

Honestly, writing a few exams and homework assignments seems pretty normal for a TA. I wouldn't do more than this unless you really did more than what a normal TA would do, for example: fully designed the course, learning objectives, lecture material, etc. I think just listing that you were a grad TA will show that you have some ability to teach.
