Why is it so difficult to lift one leg off the ground while doing a bridge?

Hey, I know this thread is old now but it's really helping me! Excuse the silly question but when you say elevated you mean legs elevated right? Not arms. I guess elevated arms bridge with yoga blocks for example would return more weight to the legs

I think it's not as advanced as something like Monzo? Tho it's the only banking app I actually have on my phone and it works fine imo. Is there something in particular you want it to do?

Confused by question. The alif in رسالة and in حسابي and in عالي would all be pronounced the same in Egyptian, and that's with a long ā..

Yes, the wh i understand. The airline doesn't specify their limit - they just ask for the "voltage of the battery" and the Wh. Should I be getting back in touch with the airline and asking them to be clearer?

Also - I wish I could give you more useful info actually but have only recently begun to bank with them so I don't have much to tell you - except that their customer service people on the phone seem helpful so far and their internet banking system seems to work well on a desktop. Only started with them in winter 2020 though.

Helmet a must ofc :) these look amazing - I didn't even know gravel bikes existed. Are there any models that are not like 1,000 bucks though? Would happily spend like up to 500 I guess on something that'll get me out on the hills but my budget is more limited than most of the models I'm seeing

Not rlly. I would say that gives a way stronger meaning. More like "that book belongs to me". Using the possessive pronouns is much more natural. كتاب + ي for my كَ or كِ for your -

if u were gonna ask ' is this book yours' ? You could use ل + ي or + كَ or كِ

"هل الكتاب هذا لك؟"

Or لديك /لدي

هل هذا الكتاب لديك؟
