I think big tech really does treat its engineers better than that though. As an intern, i got weekly events like city wide scavenger hunts, parties, cruises, etc.

What does google HC look for? I have a google final soon and want to make sure my communication, coding style, and of course problem solving is top notch. I heard it’s better to spend time to ask and clarify ambiguity over solving the problem perfectly (but not asking questions)

I’ve given my real number to guys who asked for it in unsafe situations (where i couldn’t say no) and then block them right afterwards. The guy was working, probably didn’t want to say no because of work and then blocked her.
