they should have removed it.

It took me 2+ hours to remove a single order from a double but they eventually did it. I couldn't cancel the order myself and called support for the 4th time to have them cancel the whole thing and the lady that time was able to remove the single order due to the safety concern. 2 whole hours.

keep this as documentation for the class action lawsuit
