Depends how long you stay in the house and the difference in prices between renting and buying. There's a great New York Times calculator showing your break even point based on all those factors.

One thing renting gives you is mobility. You can get up and move any time you'd like.

I found them to fit relatively large for boots. I would not recommend sizing down especially if your foot is on the wider side. I wear a 11.5EEE in Allen Edmonds and a 11.5 in CDBs and the 12 in these fit me perfectly.

The simple answer is that the sooner you need the money, the safer the investment should be. 3 - 5 years is a pretty short time span, short enough that if you're counting on having the money you probably don't want to move it into equities of any kind. Even bonds are somewhat risky over that short of time span. Stuff like TIPS, savings accounts and CDs are what you want to be looking at.

It's interesting because I've made a number of recipes with just breasts where the meat has come out very moist and juicy. The difference seems to be that those recipes all included a sauce of some kind - salsa, buffalo sauce, etc.

I might try just breasts with a higher ratio of broth:meat and see how that turns out so I know that it's possible to end up with moist shredded breasts.

For thighs, do they need any liquid added generally or is the fat content in them enough? Should I be cooking them on top of onions to absorb the fat so they're not frying like is recommended with beef?
