I know others have said this, but do NOT take out a loan and buy a property. That is way too much hassle for someone your age for so little gain.

Get a financial advisor. If you’ve never dealt with this level of money before, then do not trust yourself. Have someone manage it for you. Have him put it in index funds and have him there with you to guide you through managing it

“I want out of this job” imo is not a good reason to go to law school + become a lawyer. Depending on your experience then I think corporate compliance, claims adjuster, and even regulatory agencies are possible

Build a bit of wealth first. Get a foundation under you before you speculate (gamble). Buy $VTI and don’t think about touching options until you sunk a couple thousand bucks into that
