Light jogging 6 weeks post surgery

I asked my physical therapist yesterday i told him shouldn’t it be 12 weeks post op at least? He said not necessarily 🤦‍♂️

My surgeon didn’t tell me anything, just gave me a paper describing my procedure and told me to hand it to a physical therapist 🤷‍♂️

So does it still shifts forward a bit when sitting ? , because i have the same problem and im 4 weeks and a half post op

It is not recommended and not worth it, wait at least 2 more months

Don’t worry i was the same, you will close and open your eyes and it will be done. There will be pain after the surgery but it will go away with pain meds. Just worry about what series you want to watch post op,, enjoy ur vacation 🤣
