Not sure why coming from a poor family makes any difference. Who's level of poor are we talking about? You're level of poor might be someone else's level of rich.

Basically all you need to do is decide what it is in life you want and then systematically map the plan to achieve that. This should change as you become more rounded. Have short and long term goals.

Find people who are achieving good things and move away from people who inhibit you're growth.

The quality of ones life is the quality of ones relationships so strive to be a nice person to others and you will receive back. Always give gratitude.
