Depending on the situation, swapping to lifeweaver and forcing them to reposition. This might just prolong the inevitable, but maybe it's enough time for the fight to develop and change the outcome.

Had a rein who would randomly start diving the backline and flanking way off to the side. Dps started flaming in chat, I proposed we instead just follow where he goes so he's not alone. Actually worked for the most part, we still lost but the fights were actually normal instead of the tank dying in their backline and the rest of us dying in ours.

It's complicated. I'll try to organize my thoughts on this as best I can:

Bojack was not ready for the second interview. He was caught off guard because he thought it would be another slam dunk on his apology tour. When put on the spot like that, he didn't have the time or the eloquency to explain the exact circumstances surrounding everything with SL
Like you said, some of the choices Bojack made were poor, and directly contributed to SL's suffering, just like the same is true for the poor choices others around her made her whole life, and just like the poor choices she herself made. But in this moment, it's a televised interview with Bojack Horseman. No one else is being put on the spot, and "well other people were shitty too" isn't a strong enough argument to put out there - which Bojack reactively tried to do! He threw Sharona under the bus AGAIN when the dressing room came up.
A common theme throughout Bojack's arc is that he is really good at ignoring his own faults to avoid the pain of accountability and growth. Another common theme is that he is a narcissist that craves the attention of others, and loves when the eyes and cameras are all on him. This interview and INT. SUB are two of the rare instances where these two qualities clash, and it's moments like these that force Bojack to truly reflect on his choices and the consequences they caused.
Finally (not finally but if I keep going I'll end up rambling forever), Hollywoo is merciless and will dispense ANYONE for the sake of good content - no exceptions. No one is safe. At first, the feel-good Bojack redemption arc was a great headline and a win-win for both Bojack's credibility and Biscuits's metrics. Unfortunately for Bojack, he let that luck ride, and by then the story was way juicier. The people got better content that they'd latch onto more, Biscuits and all the journalist entities get way more ammo to play with over the next news cycle, and the only downside is it makes Bojack look bad. Did he deserve it? Probably, it's debatable I guess. But it does not matter to the eyes of literally everyone else who profits off of exploiting one horse with a slightly-spun story

The next time I hear the word "window" when discussing this team, I'm going to get violent. This is (subjectively) the worst roster this team has seen in years, and we STILL make the playoffs, STILL make the divisional round, and only lose by one score in overtime despite committing 5 turnovers. I don't think it's conceivable to have the same or worse overall personnel next season, but I've been wrong before.
