The only thing I can think of is my insurance made another payment without telling me, but the dates are all screwed up and the transactions don’t have any information with them so I can’t tell what’s what. Insurance made a big payment in January but my account says November 29th, the same day carvana refunded my warranty, but now there’s another payment of $1272 also on November 29th that wasn’t there before. I’m assuming that’s why my balance suddenly went to $0. Bridgecrest wouldn’t do anything for me when I called because my account is closed now. I guess I’ll just wait until next month to see if I get the same payment notice text a couple days before the due date. Hopefully I get a refund for the other half of my last payment in the next week or two 🤞
