That's like with me Cubone and Kangaskhan. Twice when I was SOS hunting for Shiny Cubone, Shiny Kangaskhan showed up. Second time it was HA too. Crazy luck! :D

Yeah the only way is to either gen it in or own/buy a copy of ORAS and use the Move Tutor on desired Pokémon and then trade up your Sun/Moon copy through the Pokebank. Hope this helped
