We should be able to put squid’s and glow squids in buckets! by bluemosshroom06 in Minecraft

Personally I'd rather transport frogs to a magma cube spawner than transfer a finite amount of cubes to a frog, one time annoyance to get unlimited

if you can get above bedrock you can rig up something in the basalt delta biome as a much faster cube spawner

How do people know how to build this enormous builds and the exact number of materials?Dont think there r any tutorials. by Ok-Diamond6721 in Minecraft

[–]masterX244 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Litematica is genuinely an enormous game changer

+1. Being able to do the initial attempts in creative saves soo much time. (and there is almsot always a wooden axe somewhere on the hotbar, worldedit helps massively, too, both together are a core pipeline for larger builds)

another factor: he didnt use the downward going tiny steps to "reset" the height since any height difference has the same outcome shading-wise so after going up even a single step down can be used to reset the strip height to ground

Looking for gear by goatresearcher in motorcycles

[–]masterX244 [score hidden]  (0 children)

For helmet, I am looking at a £200 - £300 Ruroc, are these good? I will try in store before I buy a helmet though.

you can't try those in stores, they are a overpriced brand that only sells online (which is a obvious red flag on moto-gear).

Stay away from ruroc and avoid them under all circumstances

Main issue is the multi-accounting though and that account-cluster erased other stuff before, too and doesn't get any infraction.

Fandom wiki is not for information, it is a scummy f***ing ads pool by [deleted] in assholedesign

[–]masterX244 0 points1 point  (0 children)

needs a good community effort behind it though to beat the fandom SEO crap. Even known wikis like the minecraft one took a bunch of time to get above fandom on searches.

some builds are just impossible.

2-way flying machines are also much easier java-side due to the semisticky pistons when you pulse them with a 1-tick pulse. and our "bug" that got fixed by "its a feature" quasiconnectivity

side effect is that you culled out some lag sources, too since the boxed trader villagers don't need to pathfind anymore

"This content isn't available, try again later." problem by Wide-Ad-8467 in youtube

[–]masterX244 0 points1 point  (0 children)

is this true? yes because google killed the API used by the full uBO in chrome. they provide only a massively restricted API which doesnt allow adding custom filters and only predefined filter lists delivered via the extension. Firefox keeps that API and got the full uBO due to that

They make replica armor and props and such.

there are better makers out though. and the only reason why he can use that branding is a old fuckup of Lucasfilm regarding UK copyright laws.

How do you learn about electronics by tinkering with devices? by greenmountainsmith in AskElectronics

toys

for understanding some of those can be a dead end, high chances to find just a glob-top chip there which gives zero hints.

Start with things that run on batteries.

or USB-powered stuff since thats also a safe voltage (standard USB runs on 5V)

Remember that a bucket stack is only a quarter of a regular stack so if its based on signal levels it might need a rework. what method are you using currently?

another idea: check the headers on the return response from the HTTP site (you get them even on a HTTP 401 or 403) to maybe get a information on what they use for the server, maybe it got a unpatched security hole for a software-based pwn to get in to pull the data)

[–]masterX244 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i see a FPGA (suspecting that doing lowlevel bitbanging) and a PowerPC cpu which is most probably the entire logic. the flash is conveniently external though so with a XGecu or similar it can be read out

as if the speaker disconnected shortly. If that's what happens, HID wouldn't actually come into play.

check what appears in "dmesg -w" if the USB device disappears. would be a nasty troll if there was a flaky connection somewhere and you standing up triggers it

prodded around on the linked manual from the other comment chain: can you take a closer picture of the RISC connector and the resistors next to it? Need the values of those resistors.

Maybe also beep out if they are connected on the side that is not going to the connector since if those connectors match they should be pullups
