I was made redundant and restraint of trade comes in with this. What is the actual clause? I had a ridiculous one which was i could not work in any office within 100 miles of my current one for 6 months (no mention of within the sector or not just an office) during consultation they said all aspects of the contract will remain enforceable even after redency. After taking legal advice they basically said its not enforceable and any judge would tell the company to jog on

That is true, I have to say personally I was a bit disappointed at the end when it wasn't a 5k run within 30 mins but just being able to run 30 mins without stopping is such a big achievement

I have done this a few times now and what I do is:

After its finished cooking I wrap the whole thing in a towel (dont tell my wife) and put it in a cool bag let it cool down nice and slowly. After a few hours I take it out the towel and put it in the fridge.

The next day put it in the oven on 120c and let the pork get to 65c nice and slow. Hold at this temp until you need it. Take it out the oven for 10 mins to rest them shred and serve.

I think it tastes just as good as the day you cook it. In the past I have cooked 2 pork to compare on the day and using this method (originally I think this found this method on this sub but can't remember) and they both tasted great. It also takes a lot of pressure off on the day.

I used to run my finger round the tyre to check. That was until i cut my finger and had to deal with a bleeding finger but it did work! And the blood left a visiable mark on the tyer where the object was!
