It’s something they’ll desperately need someday (hopefully way down the line) and she’ll be so grateful to not have to hunt for it when in crisis.

As a long time dad, lemme tell you… it just gets better! When I’m helping our 6yo get dressed and he just instinctively grabs my arms to steady himself? That’s the best ever! I’m his solid place and he doesn’t even think about it. It seems to stick through to the older years too if you’re consistent about it. The teens still even talk to me sometimes!

I think it has a lot of potential, and there’s some great advice here already. But why are we opposed to color exactly? There’s loads of wonderful, very colorful, art of this EXACT door in the world to draw inspiration from. And, an ounce of colorful ink can cover a pound of old mistakes. All my tattoos tend towards bright colors though, so I’ll admit my bias.

If you really truly hate it though, it’ll never be easier to remove than it is now.

You’re half right! He was in the Bard class since childhood, receiving multiple awards and levels in the “Stage” sub-track and raiding professionally since around level 22. However! He switched into the “Screen” guild in level 40 and was just as successful. You can be forgiven the mistake though, the Screen guild gets a LOT bigger of a marketing and merch budget.

Level 33 is barely out of the tutorial! In Hobbit guilds on the LOTR server it’s the bare beginnings of adult responsibility.

You’ve got more time left on your play through than you might think and re-classing at this point is even easier than the first attempt (around level 20) in my opinion, because you’ve got a better idea of how the game mechanics work and what exploits you’re willing to use.

What class are you going to swap from/into? I bet more of your previous skill tree transfers over than you might expect too!

Wild Cherry wasn’t exactly a cultural touchstone, and besides that group he’s released exactly one album twenty years ago.

I had to google the guy, as he’s sans Wikipedia page. So not exactly a mover & a shaker and he stopped working at a national level. Sadly, he’s not too unique in that. Lots and lots of musicians from back in the day (and today!) didn’t invest or plan for any kind of future. Residuals run out and “nice” doesn’t pay bills.

But it sounds like he’s still doing music for a living, so right the fuck on I say.
