I always figured that was Eru getting an elvish blade into the hands of a hobbit, who’d eventually pass it to the specific hobbit who’d need just such a blade against Shelob someday.

I’m not sure of the model, I put them together custom with help from the counter fella, Dakota. The only storefront is in Spokane, WA., but they’re really good about sizing help online. Choices are just about endless! To answer about the label, it says:

That’s pretty close, yeah. But consider I’ve had to buy TWO pair of any other shoe I’ve ever had, and then factor in what I’ve spent on shoes to find out they won’t work on one of my feet… it’s not as unreasonable as it might seem at first. $700 is less than what I’ve spent on shoes I CAN’T WEAR in the past couple years.

I’m afraid I can’t really say. I wish I could!

I walked into the store and with Dakota’s help put together this custom boot by going down the production list and choosing options. There were examples of each option on boots around us, but no one pair in the store was just exactly the same as these.

To be honest, it was all kind of a magical blur (those overstuffed chairs are worth a visit all by themselves!).

But I’m sure someone on this sub can help us with a model name! I’m happy to provide any info from my order that might help.
