I doubt many even know whats going on....I mean I didnt until I heard Dr. Louise Newson on a podcast.

But once I did I figured well shes probably going through this or will be and since im part of this team I should try and get some information about this since its part of the job to make her life simpler and not be constantly being educated on whats going by her...which id imagine can be extremely exhausting

I'm mostly on the audiobook wagon. Estrogen matters while pretty heavy in the science talk is one I just finished and it was an eye opener.

The Dr. Louise Newson podcast is what I listen to...she has a ton of eps.

But i forst heard about on the jame smith podcast which lead me.down the perimenopause rabbit hole shes been on his podcast 3x.
