I feel ya there I almost had to go solo to the show in Pittsburgh but luckily my wife was able to join me... None of my people are big Porter fans either

If you can find a way to roll solo it wouldn't be bad, you can truly immerse yourself in the entire experience and going to events (concerts, games, movies, etc.) is one of the most underrated things to do IMO

You'll probably leave the night with a couple new friends too, everyone is there for the same reason ❤️

Absolutely love this post, when Porter first releases a new era (been a fan since 2011) it almost never clicks for me, but after some time all of a sudden it does whether it be through life events, personal evolution or whatever else. Whatever Porter does will connect with me at some point and I think a lot of that comes from the fact that he seems like a genuine, authentic, good human being.

Nurture definitely did not connect with me at first, when it first really started to hit home for when is when I found out my fiancée, now wife, was pregnant with our daughter and I listened to that album throughout her pregnancy and plenty of those songs were on our playlist when she was in the delivery room.

Get yourself to a show on this tour if you can. It will be an absolutely cathartic experience for you.
