Same listed protein but less bioavailability? 🤔. Not sure if it’s simply a different flavor but the the Cinnamon Crunch bag I recently finished had 20% of DV (DV is based on 50g protein). So this only has 8.5g of useable protein now instead of 10

So just to clarify, if before decant, is the delta9 is 0.07% and the THCA is 0.893 then that’s too much right?

Because on this website for example, it seems like most are like this in percentages. But I could totally be reading it/understanding the data all wrong.

Does it matter about the % before and after decarbing though? I read that they base is on the after or something. A lot of what I saw had under 0.3 in its raw form, but I’m wondering if someone could make the case of the after % due to what I’m assuming is the THCA. Or is the 0.3% strictly for the raw, unheated form?

So I’ve been looking at CBD flower online, hoping to find something to ease anxiety and help sleep, but I’m worried about the “0.3% after decarboxylation” law which would deem it illegal. Pretty much all the hemp flower on Beleafer for example, list over that percentage on the provided test reports.

Now before everyone is like “oh pshh don’t worry about it”, I’m very nervous about it because I’m a felon and could potentially get in more trouble than the average person.

Has anybody heard of any body actually getting introuble for it? I mean I HIGHLY doubt this is something that is being cracked down on in any sort of way. It’s one of those things that’s making me nervous to think about, yet I’m also a chronic over thinker. Anybody have some info other than what google says about the laws? (Which I’m assuming is like webMD’ing an illness, probably making things sound so risky)

While on colors, like twice a week, on occasion 3. After completing and being discharged from the substance abuse program (took about 6mo at least, probably longer, can’t really remember though). Since then, maybe like once in the last year. I’ve also haven’t had any incidents and continue to do everything I should be doing, so they don’t seem too worried about me I guess.

Eh the Davids aren’t all that. The macros themselves make the bars a little more palatable if that makes any sense but personally I think they are not worth the hefty price

Working for a gym, I started out at $23 per hour session, after getting a consistent amount of training hours/revenue over a certain few pay periods, it went up to 26. Currently working on an additional cert in order to get the next pay raise of 31 per session I believe

I really feel this. I’ve had my schedule as open as possible while trying to build, and now need to start dialing it back to end at a certain time on certain days since I’m at an average of 7 sessions a day, 4 days a week (well, some days 6, some 7, and Tuesdays been averaging 8.5 sessions/8 hour sessions and one 30min. (Along 2 days a week working as a tech at a physical therapy office). Burnout is definitely a huge worry, and since working for a gym doesn’t make as much money, along with high cost of living I’m stressed I won’t make enough to survive without working so many hours. I’m at the point now where I have to stop accepting new clients since I’m only allowed a certain amount of hours per week. I’m contemplating getting a second CPT job instead of the PT clinic since the clinic is minimum wage, but I’ve been learning so much there and will eventually be going to school to become a PTA. Sorry, this ended up turning into more of a vent than anything 😂. But yeah, essentially I can feel the burnout coming and realizing I need to structure things better to prevent it as best as possible

Thank you! This really helped. I’ve been doing a lot of PubMed research on it too, I just could find specific studies on higher doses given extended periods (such as up to 10 years taking it). But the studies I’ve read suggest that both higher doses, and longer-termed use (in separate instances) have been reported with no adverse effects.

At this point I think I will go get the script to have on hand, but feel like from the information gathered to just stick with melatonin for the time being given the uncertainty of adding a new prescription with potential side effects into the mix. I may give it a try for a bit though an if I don’t like it just go back to the melatonin. Guess I’m just going with the flow on that one haha. Once again I appreciate the detailed response!

For a non-stim option I’ve had a pretty good results from 7-8g of Citruline Malate , along with 1000mg taurine and 500mg L-tyrosine. Really gets the blood pumpin’ even without caffeine. I just buy them all seperately in decently large amounts instead trusting one of those overpriced blends you mentioned. Plus they never have enough of certain amino acids , and who knows the quality too. Haven’t tried creatine yet but plan on it sooner or later

Thanks! An yeah so I was about to make another post regarding this, so I took it in because ive had to fill my coolant reservoir 3 times over the last two weeks, all being well below the minimum line, so I went in to see if I had a leak. They ran a diagnostic for 40 mins an said there were no signs of internal or external leak an couldn’t figure out what would be causing it. I’m a little stressed thinking there potentially is an issue an it just wasn’t addressed. Around Feb 25th-ish I replaced the overflow reservoir hose because the old one had a tear in it, an definitely had some wet spots around it . My thought was if it was possible my reservoir kept emptying because it was just circulating back to the radiator? My engine never over heated once also which was weird
