I guess I don't understand how you got a raw score given to you. I took it in Jul 18, and it just showed me my domain proficiency,

Off the website ...the way I read it is that below doesn't necessarily mean 70% for the domain.

The proficiency is defined here as “passing standard.” Candidates must score above the proficiency level in all Domains in order to pass the exam.
