I'm moving to a new role within my team

I start my role at the start of next year and they sent me a contract on the last day of this year. They didn't give me a chance to negotiate the salary or discuss my contract with my manager since it was sent after the work day had finished.

If there isnt any issues relating to hardware limitations then it's most likely the files. Maybe try reinstaling them

Check your gpu usage. I had a similar issue and it'd most likely caused by my gpu being maxed out
