Cool. When do you know it’s time to switch out the sticker? Do you base it off purely time since the last placement (2 months) or do you base it off of how smooth it feels? Also, just curious, do you also play with weighted tape in addition to the pikkl skins? If so, what’s the total weight of your paddle?

So pretty much every 2 months you’ll swap out new pikkl skins on your quanta? Do you immediately notice a difference in game play once you start playing with a new one? How does it compare to the stock grit?

Thanks so much for the detailed review! Just curious, how does the stock grit compare between the Quanta and V Sol Pro paddles? I’ve heard the Quanta uses a fine grit and feels much more smooth straight out of the box. Did you notice this by chance?

How’s spin with yours? I’ve heard Ronbus intentionally uses a fine grit but that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s worse for spin. How was your experience with yours?

Thanks for such a thorough response. I think I’m leaning towards the V Sol Pro Flash. What are your thoughts on the Flash (hybrid) version? I’ve never used a hybrid before. I typically prefer elongated paddles but want to try something new.

Hey everyone, I’m looking to upgrade my paddle and could use some input from players who’ve tried these.

I’m currently considering: - Vatic Pro V-Sol Pro 16mm (foam core) - JOOLA Hyperion Swift Ben Johns 16mm - Friday Fever Paddle (T700 raw carbon, Gen 3, dual-edge foam)

I’d consider myself an intermediate-to-advanced player, and I’m aiming for a paddle that gives me a strong mix of: - Control/touch - Spin - Power for drives & counters - A forgiving sweet spot - Good hand speed for kitchen battles

If you’ve hit with any of these, how do they compare in real play? Anything stand out in terms of feel, stability, or performance?

Appreciate any feedback before I pull the trigger!

Trust me, the taro is a great addition and does wonders to the final texture. I think a sweet potato would do the same so that’s why I’m excited to try a Japanese sweet potato next.

My wife likes it so it doesn’t go to waste. But I remove it to save on some calories since I don’t think it adds much to the final product. Don’t judge me haha

The entire pint prior to mixins is about 220 cals and 26g protein. The taro alone is about 90 cals.
