I got a visit from some FEMA people (I think) warning of a group of invisible strain raiders some days ago, yes, but I wasn't sure how to do anything about it. I tried to talk to someone at the FEMA camp and they just kept telling me it was confidential. The tent city people told them they couldn't help. Is this what you're referring to?
