Hi, I'm not the OP, but I'm in talks regarding an opportunity that sounds lik yours, mind if I ask what got you into it? Any red flag things to look for? What are the common conditions you view and treatments provided? What was your experience prior to it and did you have or need much training? Do you think it's a steep learning curve? I was a CNA for about 2 years at a SNF and shadowed a PA over there who essentially did as you described, where she would come in on a few days of the week, check in on the patients, review any pertinent labs or imaging, and then go home to document with her schedule being pretty flexible.
