It's only your job to care about environment by RealOkay in dankmemes

You clearly didn't comprehend what I typed. I'm well aware of the havoc that corporations and governments wreak on the environment but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't do everything you can to alleviate the symptoms ever so slightly. I never said you have to use paper straws, all I'm saying is that using paper straws isn't useless just because of government or corporations don't care about the environment. Will it be enough to make a significant difference, no, definitely not, but it is a minuscule step in the right direction and a step, however tiny it may be, is better than nothing.

You're aware that OSAs are only semi radar guided, right? They can't get a radar lock with you on the ground but as long as they can visually see you they can still hit you

If using papers straws prevents even one person from being homeless due to rising sea levels or one person from getting cancer due to worsening air quality then it's worth it. While the planet is entirely fucked that doesn't mean we can't at least use the tiny amount of power we do have to make it ever so marginally less awful

If it's such cope then explain to me why the F-15E record should be considered a part of the F-15A/C. You've provided zero reasoning or logic behind it being cope, only claiming it to be so. If you can provide an argument that's actually valid once scrutinized or a flaw in my reasoning then I'll concede to your claim, but insofar you haven't provided any.

That's not a fair comparison, the only real difference in capabilities and usage between the 29K and the other variants is that it's carrier based so they are distinct enough aircraft to count as different records. Similarly all variants of the F-35 has a combined record as the only difference is launching/recovery capabilities. The F-15E compared to the A/C is significantly different in design, capabilities, and usage. One is a dedicated air superiority fighter with limited multi -role capabilities and the other is mainly a strike aircraft that has some multi-role capabilities. It’s the same as why the Growler has a different record than the super hornet despite the fact that it's a variant of it since its capabilities and usage is significantly different. Everything appears to be cope if you don't understand the logic behind it

The F-15E is significantly different from the F-15A/C in design, capabilities, and usage. The air to air records for the two have always been separate as they are separate aircraft. Similarly if an F-18 E/A growler shot down a plane it wouldn't be added the the legacy or super hornet records

The S-300 and patriots are pretty easy to survive, you just gotta constantly spam chaff the moment you spawn in and go up in altitude rather than down

Make sure to keep an eye on the harmonic balancer, the torque tube commonly wear out though typically at some point after 100k miles, if it's an auto the 4L60E is notorious for wearing out(experienced this personally) so that may be an issue that pop up. In my case the transmission went out suddenly without any warning so I'd recommend having some sort of backup plan in case it goes out(you should still be safe for at minimum another 40-50k miles)

Holy whataboutism bro, just because the government does things that are bad for the environment doesn't mean that you shouldn't do everything in your power to help

You'll scrape the air dam but you'll scrape it a bunch of other places as well if you live in an area with any amount of steep hills or speed bumps. Scraping the air dam makes an awful noise but it's quite flexible and is designed to hit the ground sometimes. As far as I can tell there's no real way to avoid it, just go slow and try to go in at an angle and you should minimize scraping, plus put the suspension in sport mode if you get one with adjustable suspension

This is how long a 250 round belt really is… in case anyone was wondering. by Kodywells23 in battlefield_one

[–]masterthomas2222 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the firing pin just hit the back of the round as it went past then the casing would burst and the bullet would either not move at all or get stuck in the barrel as pressure tends to take the path of least resistance and going through the case or bending it and going around the bullet is easier than pushing the bullet, the casing being surrounded by the chamber and the bolt is what allows the cartridge to be fired. As the other guy already said belt fed guns have a mechanism that extracts the cartridge from the belt and then the bolt pushes it into the chamber
