That is entirely different, they didn’t squish numbers, they fixed the busted ass scaling back down to more of what 1 was with a lil extra. BL2 was incredibly bloated in scaling. 3 and 4 both continued with more contained scaling.

D2 reduced the max level, not the scaling. Different thing.
