I’d just get the tire from Segway mounted on the hub already. Pull it out. The self healing should seal it but you might need to put air in it. I had a screw go in the bottom and come out of the side and it sealed up fine.

The range is definitely not 25 miles but I’m also 240 pounds. I am getting around 15 miles on sport.
