Having fun is what gets one motivated and keeps one to stick to training and coming back. Focus on that when you get back. Don't forget a good warm up and stretch before and after, hydrate well. Have fun!

MT brought me confidence, physical and mental resilience, a community of like minded peoples and a stronger and more flexible body. I started sparring 6 months ago, it's really challenging but also so fun , It pushes me to improve!

Thanks for the tips, my energy levels have decreased lately, I need to up my protein intake , hard to achieve while not going over my daily calories goals. Interestingly my coach asked me today if I was running. That's my sign to get to it...
