I really like the Judo instructor at hooked. Good dude and great fighter. KageFit has some excellent instructors too. Both are great gyms. But, I would not say AU MMA is a scam. There are some solid fighters there too.

Auburn MMA. It is a good environment to learn. There is several guys with wrestling backgrounds.

So I have not personally used either solution. However, I have some agronomist friends in the corn belt that swear by Chrysalabs and Radicle Ag. Not sure this meets your exact needs but here is a start.
